Refunds are applicable only if the product is disliked or not as expected.

To initiate a refund, the customer must provide a clear box opening video recorded at the time of unboxing.

The video must show:

The sealed package

The product being removed from the box

Any visible issues or dissatisfaction

📦 Conditions for Refund

Request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

Refunds will not be processed without a valid box opening video.

In case of damaged or defective items, the video helps us fast-track your claim.
